Kris Allen’s Impromptu Show At The Santa Monica Pier Gets Shutdown! 4/3/12

KrisPier1

Kris Allen invited his twitter followers to an impromptu gig at the Santa Monica Pier last night with just him and his guitar. He sang a few songs from the upcoming record Thank You Camellia, some new covers and even a new song called ‘Should I’, which isn’t on the album. Everything was going great until a Santa Monica Pier Cop rudely interrupted Kris as he was debuting the new tune. Talk about terrible timing! He should’ve at least waited til’ the song was finished. The epic night came to an end as the cop asked Kris to leave because he didn’t have a permit. Check out pics and videos from last nights performances below. Enjoy!

I loved watching this impromptu performance online. Great show, not so great cop lol. Kris is coming to Ft Myers and the DJ asked him my question. I asked if he was going to give a little performance down at our pier and he kind of laughed and said something like yea, maybe, hope the cops are nicer. Crack me up.
